Interfaith Community Services
A $60,000 grant to Interfaith Community Services supports its efforts to hire a full-time, first-time social worker/case manager to focus on triage, intervention, and placement for substance-addicted individuals at the Interfaith Recovery and Wellness Center (RWC), in Carlsbad.
The RWC was conceived with the vision that all individuals should have an opportunity to pursue wellness and recovery, and in turn, experience an improved quality of life regardless of their ability to pay. Interfaith RWC opened in summer 2017 and provides integrated healthcare, utilizing evidence-based substance abuse & mental health interventions to address dual-diagnoses.
Interfaith empowers people in need to stabilize their lives through comprehensive programs, in partnership with faith communities and people of compassion.
