A Community of Giving: Secret Santa 2025 in Carlsbad

This Secret Santa season reminded us what’s possible when a community chooses to show up for one another.

From small moments of kindness to meaningful acts of generosity, these stories reflect the heart of Carlsbad — neighbors supporting neighbors with care, dignity, and compassion.

Thank you to everyone who made this season brighter for so many. This is what community looks like.
