Hospice of the North Coast provides compassionate end-of-life care, grief counseling, and community support services throughout North County San Diego.
Hospice of the North Coast was founded in 1980 to meet a growing need for hospice care in our community. In 1989, we became an independent nonprofit, licensed by the State of California and certified by Medicare. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of people navigate the most difficult moments of life — with dignity and care.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients and families during the end-of-life transition.
